Christ Church Freemantle
Music forms a big part of what we do at Christ Church. From the variety of musical styles used in weekly worship to the biannual Music and Arts Festival our building is also regularly used by community groups for rehearsals and concerts.
Our Church Choir is one of three remaining regular church choirs in operation in Southampton singing up to twice a week throughout the year.
We are lucky to host regular concerts by the Conchord Singers, Charity Symphony Orchestra, Solent Gay Men's Chorus. Since 2018 we have held fortnightly free lunchtime recitals on Wednesdays; anything from folk, jazz and classical.
