International Harvest Service

We had a wonderful start to Harvest on Saturday with an international harvest supper with food from all over the world, and prayers in Farsi and Urdu as well as English.  Then on Sunday was an International Harvest service, celebrating our unity in our diversity.  The service was led by Revd Ebenezer Omidiji, a member of our congregation, we sang a Nigerian song with drums, heard a bible reading in Farsi and posed for a photo as we processed out of the service.  Harvest continues next week with our traditional hymns and a collection  for the food bank.
